Because of the growth, Josh.ai has signed on its first sales rep, CET & Associates, as well as Chad Russell as the company’s first National Sales Director. With its privacy first focus, addition of new partnerships, and release of advanced features, Josh.ai has seen strong expansion this year.

Josh.ai has been shipping its hardware product, Josh Micro, since June of last year, and is now on its third production run. To date over 300,000 voice commands have been issued by Josh clients. The company also released the first natural language voice solution for multi-room distributed AV setups back in February, giving dealers a powerful new option to engage their clients and offer a more natural voice solution. Additionally, Josh.ai’s focus on user data privacy has attracted the attention of dealers in the industry, who need an alternative to the big tech companies that primarily seek profit from data collection of their voice assistants.
CET & Associates will represent Josh.ai in the Rocky Mountain region, which includes Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. CET & Associates will be a valuable extension of the company in the region to help facilitate business and support new dealer growth. Dealers still have direct access to Josh.ai as needed. Josh.ai has also hired Chad Russell to lead sales for the company. Russell has a long history in the custom channel, and most recently was Western Regional Sales Manager for Atlona before becoming VP of Sales at ICE Cable Systems.
