InfoComm 2019 has officially ended (two weeks ago), and boy are we still tired. But, troopers as we and all are in the AV industry, the Crew gets together with exhibitor executives for a great IC19 post-show. It begins with Corey talking about suggestions of a virtual way for those who can’t attend the show to look in on social media, and Kym suggests he tape a smartphone to his hat as he goes around the show. We’re currently in development – patent pending.
Corey then begins talking about what an outstanding show InfoComm 2019 was, and introduces the guests. It was Maura’s very first InfoComm, including the AVIXA Women’s Council Breakfast, and she talks about that along with the energy, the experience and more. As for her vendor booth experiences – kind of like this (ooh shiny…)
The guests begin talking about what took place at the show for them, along with partnerships, and the Crew members interact in discussion – Corey being a part of the tech/videoconferencing/UC space, Tim as the higher ed tech manager, Kym as a company President, data expert and OOH (& AV) influencer, and Maura as a well-known young AV and social media influencer. In fact, all of the Crew love social media.
On this one – there are snack sponsors! A big thanks to Almo Pro A/V, and Daelmans Stroopwafels (with the McDonalds Stroopwafel McFlurry). Listen in, check it out!
Next, the guests are asked about their favorite conversation topics at the show. Excellent conversations, and Chris really got this one going…
Do we go on too long? Did we beat a dead horse? These questions, and more, are explained on Part 1.
Enjoy this one. Part 2 is here.
