The Wall – A MicroLED Display delivering a one-of-a-kind visual experience
Samsung today announced at InfoComm 2018 the introduction of The Wall Professional – a modular, MicroLED display that can extend to hundreds of inches in size while delivering the black color feature brightness, contrast and in any commercial setting. InfoComm 2018 attendees are invited to “See the Greatness” of Samsung’s latest digital signage at our booth (#2043). Pre-orders of The Wall are now available from Samsung with the first orders shipping in the third quarter of 2018.
A business-ready variation of one of CES 2018’s most talked-about consumer displays, The Wall Professional’s modular design is configurable and customizable. It provides perfect black and superior color purity in a bright environment, as well as in dark. The stylish design of The Wall will modernize any corporate lobby, museum, gallery or luxury retail space. The Wall Professional is highly reliable and efficient – In any arrangement, the display’s HDR10+ technology and MicroLED pixel modules produce unparalleled peak brightness of 1600nit, excellent color presentation and brilliant imagery free of color filters or backlighting.

MagicINFO 6: Simplifying Content Creation and Management
The MagicINFO 6 is Samsung’s latest content management platform that allows businesses in any environment to conveniently create, schedule and deploy content across their entire digital signage network. The TIZEN 4.0 operating system offers seamless remote ability not only for software but also for hardware. In addition, Remote Management enables content teams to update message designs and schedules from any location at any time. The MagicINFO 6 is the industry`s first platform to support the hardware device health check of error detection and troubleshooting. MagicINFO 6 is compatible with all of Samsung’s signage based on Tizen 4.0 Operating system including The Wall Professional, the new QMN and QBN Series Intelligent UHD displays and the IF Series LED Signage.
Dual Sided Outdoor Signage: Double the Ads, Maximize the Revenue
InfoComm 2018 attendees will also be the first to see Samsung’s Dual Sided Outdoor Signage display (Model OH85N-D) at the company’s booth. Backed by the TIZEN 4.0 operating system, and available in an 85-inch display, the Dual Sided Outdoor Signage will be available for limited spaces, such as bus-stop shelters and street benches, With advertising content showcased on both sides of the display, the signage is expected to maximize advertising revenue for featured businesses.
Intelligent UHD Signage: A Powerful and Versatile LED Experience
Samsung’s new QMN Series (500nit brightness) and QBN Series (350nit brightness) Intelligent UHD displays, with the TIZEN 4.0 operating system, achieve crisper and clearer content for users seeking a more powerful and versatile LED experience. Samsung will be launching the Intelligent UHD Signage in June 2018 Globally including North America.
The displays’ intelligent engine automatically upgrades FHD content from any source to sharper, clearer UHD quality, improving the viewing experience instantaneously and without extensive manual input. The Intelligent UHD displays’ Optimal Color Mode also intuitively adjusts and optimizes picture quality in response to customers’ usage trends and behaviors.
The QMN and QBN Series displays also contain a host of features that prevent service disruptions and simplify the maintenance processes for any implementation. Each enclosed, wall-mounted Intelligent UHD display provides a centralized infrared receiver (IR) for user-friendly control and management. For added durability, the Intelligent UHD displays also undergo rigorous IP5x certification to maintain performance and withstand a range of environmental conditions including exposure to dust, dirt and other potentially external factors.
IF Series LED Signage: Superior Picture Quality
Samsung also will showcase its fine pixel pitch IF Series LED Signage (P1.2 model), which will become available in the United States in June2018. These cutting edge displays combine Samsung’s leading video processing technologies with HDR picture refinement to add clarity and sophistication to featured content—all with a compact, easy-to-maintain design. This includes specialized scene-by-scene adaptation technology that optimizes gradation and brightness levels within each individual content frame, to produce the most detailed and realistic picture possible. In doing so, the displays achieve high brightness levels of up to 1,200nit enabled by dynamic peaking.
For added functionality and convenience, the IF Series’ full-front access drives quick-turn maintenance without sacrificing a neat and seamless presentation.
The IF-D Series’ advanced design includes eye-catching convex and concave curved configurations (up to 6,000R). Businesses can align their IF-D Series displays on an incline or adhere them to a ceiling, opening new engagement possibilities regardless of environmental constraints.
According to the Q4 Smart Signage report from IHS Markit (IHS), Samsung’s SMART Signage ranks No.1 with a 27.4% lift in global digital signage unit sales. This is the ninth consecutive year (2009 to 2017) that Samsung has seen increasing growth in their SMART Signage business.
