D-Tools, Inc., a leader in data-driven system integration software, is emphasizing and expanding its multi-track training options in 2018 starting with the launch of an all new series of Gold Support Webinars with Q&A, which rolled out this month and will continue on a bi-weekly throughout the year. These webinars, which are free to Software Assurance customers, have been enhanced to give system integrators the knowledge and tools to maximize their investment in D-Tools’ System Integrator (SI) platform.

Re-designed and lead by the award-winning D-Tools Professional Services Group (PSG), this live, instructor-led series of webinars has been enhanced with new topics suitable for both new and experienced users who desire to expand the use of SI in their business. D-Tools customers will benefit from these convenient bite-size training sessions that will improve users’ proficiency with the platform.
Occurring every Tuesday and Thursday at 1:00 p.m. EST, D-Tools Gold Support Webinars include approximately 30 minutes of instruction followed by Q&A. The sessions are offered exclusively to D-Tools Software Assurance customers, a value-packed program that gives users access to new releases, Gold Level technical support, data subscription, Mobile Install, and access to many exclusive web-based features of SI.

D-Tools offers many ways for customers to become proficient with D-Tools SI
D-Tools also offers Regional Trainings for more in-depth immersion. These comprehensive 3-day, hands-on training courses take users through the D-Tools project lifecycle, covering the basics, best practices, and market-proven techniques to help users make the most of their D-Tools software investment. The next regional training will take place at the University of Notre Dame March 19–21.
D-Tools Online Training provides a convenient option to get instructor-led, live training without taking time away from the office or fieldwork. D-Tools Online Training courses cover the major areas of the SI platform and are available in full day or half-day sessions. The next online trainings will take place February 20–22.
D-Tools Onsite Training is an effective means for the entire company to implement and become successful with the SI platform. A D-Tools Professional Services representative will come to the location and tailor a class schedule to meet a company’s individual needs.
D-Tools eLearning program is designed to teach the core competencies of the SI platform in an online learning environment. An annual subscription provides access to curriculum that covers each functional area of the software including Sales/Estimation, System Design, and Project Management/Operations. Every online course is about an hour in length and will provide the information needed to use System Integrator successfully.
