One of the global leaders in commercial AV integration and collaboration solutions has acquired Canada’s largest commercial AV integration company.

AVI-SPL has acquired Sharp’s Audio Visual, a company founded in 1923, which specializes in the design and integration of audio visual systems technology for meeting and collaborative spaces, digital signage solutions, classroom technologies and lecture theaters. Sharp’s has eight locations across six provinces through its offices in Vancouver, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax, and with a staff of 150, Sharp’s is the largest audio visual integration and services provider in Canada.
