Join the Crew: Host Corey Moss and Taylor Meyer (who returned for this special appearance) as they welcome their guests:

Gina Sansivero – Director of Business Development Education at FSR Inc.

Marika Aquino – Managing Partner at Tier PM

Dayna Baumann – Customer Relationship Manager at Control Concepts

Corey, Taylor, Gina, Marika and Dayna (in-podcast)

The conversation begins with Corey talking with the guests about what’s happening in their world. Marika gives a shout out to a CI 40 Under 40 who works for Tier PM and Gina gives a shout out to another 40 Under 40 (hint: she wasn’t very far away). Corey also gives Gina a special 40 Under 40 on the show. Taylor talks about new developments at Iowa State University to go along with robotics and AI. Taylor will be heading back home to Minnesota soon, and a fun conversation ensued after that.

Next Corey talked with Marika about Tier PM sponsoring the Women of InfoComm Network (WIN) Breakfast at the show in June, along with a discussion of the keynote presentation at the event which Gina and Dayna participate in as well. Taylor gets involved in the conversation talking about her major in mechanical engineering as well as what she does in robotics.

Discussion of Gina and Dayna’s efforts in putting together WIN events in the New York City region follows as Gina begins by detailing a recent event and a special presenter there, with discussion of other WIN regions as well. Taylor has to leave midway, however she gives some parting thoughts before she goes (and another 40 Under 40 shout out).

After a special Tier PM Hot Jobs (followed by a Zoom.us announcement), Dayna continues the discussion on the value of these events as well as the support she finds through them. Gina follows up talking about the group and the coordination. Marika also talks about being in AV and learning more, coming from the IT industry.

Finally, the guests talk about those women (and men) who have been great influences for them, a must listen.

Sit back, plug in and enjoy a great discussion on women, AV, tech and the continued efforts in the industry while we live…
